Our mission is to disrupt the fried chicken world by offering a unique, oven-baked chicken alternative that doesn't compromise on flavour or satisfaction. Our Baked-Not-Fried wings have half the number of calories and saturated fats as a fried wing, without using any oil in the cooking, and they taste just as good! Our award-winning sauces go hand-in-hand with our famous Cluckin’ fries.
Festival Fuel
Our 13 herbed & spiced oven-baked chicken was born off the back of a gastronomy world tour, and now we bring this unique mix of flavours to you. Our band of three food trucks has seen us serve 50+ tonnes of chicken at more than 100+ events, including music festivals, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
